LTC Andrew Farina is an assistant professor and director of the Management Program in the Department of Behavioral Science & Leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Point. A 2001 USMA graduate and Infantry officer, he has served with the 82nd Airborne Division, the 75th Ranger Regiment, the 25th Infantry Division, and the Joint Special Operations Command, leading soldiers through multiple combat deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq.
